If I could give more than 5 out of 5 stars I would! Just so that your readers know the background here... I am a Realtor working in the Greater Metro Atlanta area and I had one of my favorite clients (they are my friends) ask for a top notch agent down in the Jacksonville Florida area. Their relative was moving there and need help purchasing a home as a first time home buyer. Tracy has gone above and beyond here AND has provided a level of service (and exceptional communication by the way) that I seldom see as an agent.
